We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. Late rescheduling requests may be treated as cancellations.

3.4 Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or reduce the service time to accommodate other clients. Full charges will apply.

4.3 Deposits

Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows.

4.4 Gift Cards and Vouchers

Gift cards and promotional vouchers are subject to their own terms and conditions. They cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used before their expiration date.
